Updates - 2002
General
- 2002-11-30 Fixed a problem with my Updates page, which meant that if you click the Updates link at the bottom of a page, it would not take you to the relevant place in the document. The problem has now been pinned down and fixed. :-)
- 2002-11-25 Updated the links colour scheme, so that the three types (link, visited link, hover) are more distinct.
- 2002-11-12 I now have three different colour schemes with a Vice City theme - blue background, green background, and a pink background. :-) I'm trying to find a way to have a random CSS, or let you choose your own and have a cookie or something remember your choice. But for now I have now just chosen one myself. I've also now got my own domain! The site is still hosted by FreeServe, but I can do thing like www.leevclarke.net/winamp to go straight to my Winamp Skins page! :-)
- 2002-11-10 Changed the banner at the bottom to AmazonPlay.com - the banner for SwapitShop wasn't getting many clicks, and the new one might get me more traffic. Changed the style back to the new-and-improved (?) GTA Vice City style, to commemorate the game's UK launch! :-)
- 2002-11-08 Removed all italic text from my website, as it doesn't always display properly in IE, and even if it displays okay in other browsers, IE is still probably the most popular.
- 2002-11-01 Removed the banner at the bottom of this page, as it now displays in a frame and already has one at the bottom of the display.
- 2002-10-30 Been incorporating my CSS into my diary and guestbook. I know I've been neglectful, for which I apologise; but I've sort of run out of new content! :-p I'm refining my CSS though, which will improve niggly display issues.
- 2002-09-18 No updates lately because my computer broke down and was offline for weeks. :-( But now back with a bigger and better hard-drive. :-) Modified the green colour to match green in (now variable) colour-schemes at the GTA Vice City website.
- 2002-08-30 Put the whole site into a new colour scheme (well I can do it easily now with a CSS). It's now in Vice City colours - see my GTA3 page for more info. ;-)
- 2002-08-28 Almost everything is done now. :-) Not only have I incorporated a CSS into my site, but I have also been taking some steps to bring this site more in line with the new HTML standards for XHTML. I'm not being strict (this is still transitional standard code), but I like to keep reasonably up with the times.
- 2002-08-26 The CSS is coming along nicely, but it has come to my attention that all three surveys on my website have been lost due to a cock-up by a third party. :-( I will recreate the GTA3 survey, but I will probably get rid of the other two (Winamp volume setting and Non-frames browsers), and there were very few people responding to them.
- 2002-08-21 I am the middle of applying a Cascading Style Sheet to this website - it will make it much easier for me to change the style/colour-scheme of the website if I want to (I think the current colour-scheme might have been subconsciously stolen from Diaryland.com). Your browser should be able to use Stylesheets, as long as you're using an up-to-date version of Microsoft Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator.
- 2002-08-19 Changed the Swapitshop banner at the bottom of my site to the GamesArcade one - hopefully it will appeal more to GTA3 fans, who are the main visitors to my site.
- 2002-08-16 Hidden changes to all HTML files - added an extra line at the top to define the HTML version number and language, to bring it in line with international standards.
- 2002-08-09 Slightly improved efficiency on links bars at top and bottom of each page. Finished off my Orphan pages.
- 2002-08-08 Quite a few little tweaks on many pages, including cleaning up the Orphan pages (now shown in blue on the menubar) and putting them in the new design, and turning my name on the menubar into a link to my framed homepage.
- 2002-08-07 Put the new links colour-scheme on all pages. Modified menubar to include links to Orphan pages like essays and my ePIPO tribute.
- 2002-08-05 Now put Updates and Email links at the bottom of the pages, and the Frames and No Frames links at the top. Changed the title of this page to Updates History instead of Lee Clarke's Updates History (I don't know why I feel the need to put my name everywhere :-p). Made contents list on this page in smaller text to be in line with the menubar on the framed version of the site.
- 2002-08-02 Finally uploaded the new colour-scheme website, and now changed external pages (such as diary, survey results, etc.) to the new colours as well. :-) Links (visited, unvisited and activated) are still in the old colours on most pages, but I will try to find something more suitable for them. Will probably also slightly rearrange links at top and botto of each page.
- 2002-08-01 Since yesterday I've been working through the entire site to make it in the same (new) style as the guestbook. It's not finished, but all the main pages are done. Removed the link to FreeDownloadsCenter.com from the menubar, and put the link to the Blue Ribbon Campaign underneath my internal links list. Corrected bugs in page-to-page links, which would have affected non-frames users, and made minor modifications to a few pages. Reorganised links at top and bottom of each page, so that you can now choose to have the framed or non-framed version if you have a frames-compatible browser (this is in case you have a small monitor or low screen resolution - using non-framed will maximise the visible size of each page).
- 2002-07-31 Customised the style of my guestbook - it's much the same colour-scheme as my website itself, but arranged in a different way. What do you think? :-) I like it, and I might extend the idea to my whole website (it's needed a makeover for a while now LOL).
- 2002-07-30 Changed the site so that links to external sites always open in their own window. This is the way I had it until 2002-07-11 (when I painstakingly changed them all, only to change them all back today!), and after not-very-much thought I realised it was the most practical way - when you've finished with a window, just close it. It's the way I would want it. :-) Some internal links now open in a new window too (e.g. the full-size version of a thumbnailed picture). I also got email contact back up-and-running from the site in the last few days, although it's slightly different to the way it was. :-p
- 2002-07-24 Corrected the links on homepage and menubar to the Blue Ribbon Free Speech campaign website - this is due to an issue with their server, so my link now points to the page the old one tried to redirect you to.
- 2002-07-21 Modifed banner at the bottom of the screen so that when you select it, the dashed line that appears around it is a perfect rectangle. Also repositioned the Email Me link on the menubar.
- 2002-07-20 Okay, that is it. I am sick to death of getting either spam or viruses in my inbox. I periodically get a virus sent to me now, usually a Worm (they never infect me, incidentally, since I have good antivirus software and a firewall as everyone should). Since they are sent through a forwarding email address that I only use on my own website (you don't think I'd be dumb enough to post my real addy, do you?), I conclude they are either being sent by visitors to my website who for some reason want to persecute me (?!), or more likely the address was logged by a malicious email-spider, which will automatically send spam and/or viruses to every email address it finds on the web. So I am trying to find another email forwarding service that is free and doesn't send me junk mail in my inbox, which is exactly what I'm trying to avoid. >:-( Watch this space...
- 2002-07-19 Changed the link at the top of the menubar (and on the homepage) from the International AIDS Vaccine Initiative to the Blue Ribbon campaign for free speech on the Internet.
- 2002-07-13 Modified links to my diary, so that you arrive at the list of entries instead of the latest entry. Not sure if this is better, but it reminds visitors that there are other entries there that they can read. ;-) There is always a link at the top to take you straight to the latest entry anyway. I'm also going through each entry, correcting/customising it. It will hardly change to look at, but it's better behind the scenes. :-p
- 2002-07-11 I've now made the site so that all external links you click open in the same window (hopefully this will help stop your taskbar from becoming cluttered with lots of browser windows). It didn't require any Javascript or junk like that - it was almost too simple! ;-)
- 2002-07-06 It's been a long job, but I think I've finally changed all my HTML tags and related code to capital letters for clarity. Along the way I also found a few bugs that really wouldn't have made much difference (if any) to how the website looks or functions, but they've been ironed out now too.
- 2002-07-04 Modified my diary (finally) so that the look of it is similar to my website. :-) I know it's not much of a style, but at least it's not just a black screen with red text or something, like a lot of sites I see. :-p
- 2002-06-26 I've now gone through each page, changing the hyperlinks to reflect my new policy which is that if a page I link will link back to my website, it opens in the same window. :-) Your browser has a Back button, doesn't it? :-p
- 2002-06-25 I've decided I will change all my HTML to capital letters. This is purely to make it easier for me to read - it should not affect the look of the site in any way. I also intend to make everything involved with my website open in the same window - this should keep your desktop a little tidier when browsing it! External sites will still open in a new window.
- 2002-06-22 I've gone through this Updates page, changing a few little things. It reads mostly the same (and I haven't changed any of the content), but I'm happier with it. :-)
- 2002-06-09 I've now given each page an invisible hit counter - this will allow me to compare hit counts for each page. I'm sure most of my hits are on my GTA3 page from GTAtanks.com. Also updated my homepage to let visitors know about the counters.
- 2002-06-08 On and off over the last few days I've been bringing this Updates page up to scratch. Also, each page now has a link at the top to take you to the Updates section for that particular page - the new Updates link on the menubar will take you to the contents list (the link at the bottom is still for emails). :-)
- 2002-06-04 Working on an Updates archive page within my own site instead of using an account at Diaryland.com.
- 2002-06-01 I've been going through all pages, specifying text colour to black by default - this is in case your browser settings are not the same as mine, so that my pages should always look correct.
- 2002-04-24 Updating the links to Swapitshop, because they've got a new "Friends" system in, whereby I can gain Swapits per click for the banners on my site. Feel free to click a link - you'd be helping me you know! :-D
- 2002-04-12 Added a link to my new webcam. Also I've been spending a lot of time updating my Winamp skins and Skinner templates, but it's taking a lot longer than I thought - just keep your eyes out for the new ones. ;-)
- 2002-04-01 Changed all file extensions back to .html - I'm trying to look towards the future. :-p
- 2002-03-30 I've now opened a webspace account with my ISP, FreeServe - this gives me twice as much space per website as I have with GeoCities, and is still FTP-enabled because I'm already paying £13.99 per month to FreeServe for unlimited internet access. I can also have up to 5 separate websites under my FreeServe ISP account, with no pop-up ads or that ad-square thing that GeoCities had over my webpages. :-) All in all, FreeServe seems to be the ultimate service as an ISP and a webspace provider (well they're the best I've tried anyway).
- 2002-03-18 Opened up an Updates archive at Diaryland.com for updates to my website. This will allow me to keep a more permanent record of all updates, rather than only in the last calendar month, as well as not cluttering up my website. Currently has entries only for the main website - updates for Pictures website may follow. You know, this archive of updates is complete and accurate all the way back to December 22nd last year. :-) I guess that's what comes of making backups of my website folder on my hard-drive every so often. Yet another lesson to new website owners out there. ;-)
- 2002-03-14 On the advice of my brother, I've changed all the file extensions of all my HTML files to .htm instead of .html, and updated all links accordingly. Apparently some old operating systems can only cope with three-letter file extensions, and also servers will only use three-letter file extensions. Well it's better to be on the safe side! :-p Now for the Pictures website...
- 2002-03-01 This website may be moving - again. GeoCities have decided that as of the end of the month, they're scrapping FTP Upload support for their free service. I reall want FTP, so I may be moving this to someone else's servers. If this happens, the website address will change. :-( I still have a month in any case, so I will research other possibilities and make a decision...
- 2002-02-19 Amended all the Next and Previous links at the top and bottom of each page, so that the website is more friendly for those without frames (come now, you really should have a frames-enabled browser by now :-p), and updated homepage to reflect this.
- 2002-02-07 Modified the links to Swapitshop so that when you click a link, all three referral fields are filled in for you. This reduces the amount you have type in when you sign up. :-) Also added a note on OS and browser compatibility to my Miscellaneous Notes.
- 2002-02-03 Some fairly major updates - also changed the banners etc. on all appropriate pages, now that ePIPO is no more.
- 2002-01-29 Modified the way my pages link to each other - this adds slightly to the loading time for each page (about one second plus ePIPO banner loading time), but it allows each page to have a unique title in your browser's titlebar. :-)
- 2002-01-18 Fixed the links at the bottom of all my pages (the ones that link to the framed version of the page) so that if you're already in the correct frames, you don't get the frame-within-a-frame syndrome ad infinitum.
- 2002-01-15 Added a link on my menubar to the International AIDS Vaccine Initiative. Sign now!
- 2002-01-04 Updated the colour scheme for links - unvisited links are now in blue, visited links are in green, and selected links are in black.
- 2002-01-02 New year, so I've modified my copyright notices to read 2001-2002 instead of just 2001.
- 2002-08-26 Removed the survey (Non-Framed Browsers), as the survey provider I was using lost it. I do not intend to recreate it.
- 2002-07-24 Corrected the link to the Blue Ribbon Free Speech campaign website - this is due to an issue with their server, so my link now points to the page the old one tried to redirect you to.
- 2002-07-19 Changed the link for users without frames (mirror of the link at the top of the menu) from the International AIDS Vaccine Initiative to the Blue Ribbon campaign for free speech on the Internet.
- 2002-06-09 Added a survey regarding non-frames-compatible browsers - it's a silly little survey I know (and not intended very seriously) but since any survey on a website is next to meaningless, it won't matter in the slightest.
- 2002-05-08 Minor updates - some wording changed.
- 2002-01-15 Added a link to the International AIDS Vaccine Initiative. Sign now!
- 2002-11-14 Updated the translation links at the bottom of the the page, so that they now point to my new domain instead of FreeServe, and they also now translate the entire page (i.e. all frames) so you can read the menubar in your chosen language too. :-) I've just noticed the flags have a white background, but that's not my fault - I got them from another site, and they've made them against white instead of transparent. Might be able to do something about that, but I'll have to see.
- 2002-11-08 Making the most of my Cascading Style Sheet, put the country list in bold type.
- 2002-08-25 Dictionary.Reference.com seems to have stopped doing its automatic URL translation service, so I'm now using another site to perform the same function - the choice of languages is different, but the effect should be the same. ;-)
- 2002-08-05 Removed a line break at the top of the page, which put a gap before the top links-bar.
- 2002-08-02 Corrected my age to 22 (which I have been for more than three months!) and made a very slight wording change.
- 2002-07-24 Corrected a problem link that would only affect users without frames - it wouldn't redirect you properly if you were one of those people.
- 2002-06-15 Corrected a word in the French section - I changed the translation of "language" to "langue" instead of "langage" as Dictionary.com's translator said it was - if you can tell me if it's correct or not, please email me!
- 2002-01-06 Added this page. :-) Well, I started it yesterday but I finished it today.
- 2002-12-27 In the essay on Standardising Time, removed a hyperlink to a webpage that is now defunct. The text still reads the same, but the site I had linked to is now gone. Corrected the link to the South Park Character Creation webpage (the URL has changed).
- 2002-11-29 Corrected my essay on Standardising Time, because the heading to Appendix B wasn't displaying properly. That was a mistake in my code, sorry. :-p Also added a new Stupid Quote, and emboldened the left-hand column of two tables, because they're really subheadings rather than entries.
- 2002-11-26 Changed the word Curry's so that it links to Curry's website. Well it's only fair that if I make fun of their slogan, I give them more hits to their site! :-p
- 2002-11-15 Changed the style of the framed pictures to be more in-keeping with the rest of the site.
- 2002-11-08 Tidied up display problems that have been there for ages (I really have been very neglectful).
- 2002-08-08 Changed the colour of the picture-frames to brown (I've been trying to find a suitable colour :-p).
- 2002-07-29 Corrected a mistake on the page that didn't link to my new email system properly.
- 2002-07-19 Corrected "COLOR" to "Colour" in my Favourites table (I think that crept in when I did an automatic search and replace while capitalising my HTML code). Also capitalised the HTML tags for the Unordered List in my Stupid Quotes section, and added the results of my evilness test (I'm 28% evil!). Corrected links to three favourite computer games, as Google have slightly reorganised that category.
- 2002-07-11 Added a missing quote mark in my HTML code - don't know if it affected how the page works, but I corrected it anyway.
- 2002-06-08 In my Favourites table, changed "Sex Partner" to "Sex Position".
- 2002-06-07 Corrected a "missing word" typo.
- 2002-06-06 Adding a South Park caricature of myself to my Personal page. It's quite funny if you wanna check it out!
- 2002-06-03 Added a Stupid Quote.
- 2002-05-08 Reorganised my Personal page a little - added a new essay and essays are now listed in their own table.
- 2002-02-18 Added a "Favourites" table - it's kinda boring in a who-cares-what-your-favourite-flavour-of-jam-is kind of a way, but I put it in anyway. :-p
- 2002-02-03 Some fairly major updates.
- 2002-06-23 Added another couple of autographed pictures, of Paul Daniels and Debbie McGee. Also shrunk the Cradle Of Fear preview, which reduces loading time for the page and hopefully improves the layout too. Minor wording changes elsewhere.
- 2002-06-06 Fixed a mistake on the page-to-page links at the top and bottom of this page - it had End instead of Previous.
- 2002-03-20 Added a new entry on my Autographs page - it's from Robert Llewellyn (Kryten in Red Dwarf), which arrived unexpectedly in the post this morning. I sent off a request by email ages ago, but I know he is always very busy. :-p Definitely a nice surprise though.
- 2002-03-13 Added two new items to my Autographs page, essentially finishing it for the time being. :-p Well I'm still young, so there's not that much there! Maybe in a few years my claim to fame will be more substantial. ;-)
- 2002-03-08 Added the first autographed item to my Autographs page. It's Jeff Minter of Llamasoft.co.uk, and features a photo of him as well as the autograph. :-)
- 2002-02-27 Adding a new page called Autographs, which will have scans etc. of things that have been signed for me by celebrities. Well they're celebrities in my book anyway. ;-)
- 2002-08-26 Removed the survey (Standard Winamp Volume Setting), as the survey provider I was using lost it. I do not intend to recreate it.
- 2002-08-02 Changed some coding on the page so that it will look better for people with a very high screen resolution.
- 2002-07-25 Corrected the link to Chris Benoit's official website, which has now moved under the WWE.com domain. Also for the Windows XC skin, I added a link so that you can review the skin at Winamp.com.
- 2002-07-16 Finally changed over to the new versions of all skins. :-) I've removed the version number from the filenames, so if you want to download the latest version of a skin, you just use the same URL (until I change server, which will probably not be until I get my own domain). Download the latest versions now from my Winamp page!
- 2002-07-11 Updated my link to Triple H's official site (it's now under WWE.com since the World Wrestling Federation changed its name to World Wrestling Entertainment :-p).
- 2002-06-04 You may be interested to know that Windows (v2.3) has now been published at Winamp.com - you can rate it yourself if you like (it only got 2.5 out of 5 from the staff, which I was disappointed about).
- 2002-06-01 Been updating some more - I will upload when all the skins are done to a publishable standard.
- 2002-05-24 Still working on Winamp skins, so be patient!
- 2002-04-08 Another update to Windows XC. I'm redoing all the other Winamp skins too, so be patient for updates to them. ;-)
- 2002-04-07 Minor-ish update to Windows XC, and also new (accurate :-p) preview picture below.
- 2002-04-06 Windows skin has another new version. :-p Quite a few modifications, but this should be pretty ultimate. :-)
- 2002-04-05 The Windows skin is new in all-new glory! It's called Windows XC (or Windows XCVIII to give it its full name), and is available now!
- 2002-03-31 Successfully uploaded all my Winamp skins to the new server as .wsz files, replacing the .zip files. :-) Haven't updated the code to link to the new file extension though. I guess that makes the old site out of date, but then the new one isn't finished yet, so I'm not gonna start circulating the URL yet. :-p
- 2002-03-31 All skins are now at the new FreeServe servers (which I intend to replace GeoCities) under the new .wsz file extension. :-) Winamp3 beta versions have been available for ages though, so all these skins will inevitably be obsolete. :-( Ah well. Enjoy 'em while they last, and maybe a Skin2 to Skin3 convertor will come out.
- 2002-03-15 There have been several updates to the Windows skins, and finally uploaded the latest one.
- 2002-02-20 Updated my Windows skin. It now has the authentic shade of grey as used in Microsoft Windows Explorer. It's only a minor change, but it makes a heck of a difference. :-)
- 2002-01-23 Added a GTA skin. This is an improved version of an old one I had, that I didn't think was good enough to publish. :-p
- 2002-01-21 Added a "Latest News" section so that I can record information about new versions, etc. directly on the page. Also added a GTA3 skin! Scroll down to check it out and/or download it.
- 2002-08-02 Removed an old link to this Updates section - how long has that been lurking there?! LOL
- 2002-07-06 Reworded the description of the Buttons template.
- 2002-06-01 Been updating - renamed all templates so that the version is not included in the filename. This will allow anyone to download the latest version with the same URL each time. Also fixed a bug on Portrait, and the new version is now available.
- 2002-05-31 Finally got around to updating all my templates here - some are minor modifications, others are genuine updates or bug fixes. I've decided not to re-install Adobe Photoshop 4 because v6 is better and I've figured out how to use it properly now. :-p
- 2002-02-25 Redone the previews of all the templates so that my web address is listed in the song info bar. ;-) I really haven't done any work on templates lately, because I've moved into a new (bigger) hard-drive, and I haven't yet installed Adobe Photoshop 4. Apparently it interferes with some plug-ins in Photoshop 6, and I want to make sure the plug-ins are all sorted out before I install APS4.
- 2002-01-26 This is the second instalment today. ;-) I've now finished Portrait, which I hereby unveil for the world (ha) to see. :-D I think I might re-order the templates into alphabetical order. I've also discovered what I can only assume to be a graphical bug with one of the original templates. I'm tempted to correct that, but there has to be a limit to the number of updates/improvements I can reasonably do on someone else's work. :-| I wish I could contact the original author...
- 2002-01-26 I'm now very close to finishing the first of my new ideas. I've also started the very beginning of an idea I got just a few minutes ago. Inspiration is such a fickle thing... I think I'll finish what I've started first though.
- 2002-01-23 I've been working on a couple of new ideas. I'll upload each of them here when they're to a suitable degree of finished-ness.
- 2002-01-21 Added a "Latest News" so that I can record information about new versions, etc. directly on the page. I've also had a couple of ideas for new templates. One of them is would be unsuitable for most applications, so that will be of lower priority. The other may not come off well at all, so I'll have to see how both ideas come out. I'll let you know.
- 2002-08-03 Rearranged the colours on some tables to increase consistency between tables and webpages.
- 2002-08-02 Corrected a minor typo. Modified the survey so that you can now no longer add new answers, and removed all the extras that had been added by visitors. Sorry to those who had added genuine suggestions (and I hate censorship), but most answers were getting stupid. It's only a bit of fun anyway. :-p
- 2002-07-30 Added a link to The GTA3 Guide.
- 2002-07-25 Added a Q & A ("Are you blind?"). Also corrected a minor typo in the contents list at the top.
- 2002-07-23 Fixed minor mistakes in Q & A and Bytesized News Snippets. Also added to the GTA4 Suggestions section.
- 2002-06-26 Added another Q & A ("Are you on drugs?"), and correct a missing quote mark typo.
- 2002-06-22 Added two more items to the Q & A (it's the "Take him out" one), and restructured the Q & A so that there's a left indent. Also made minor modifications elsewhere.
- 2002-06-21 Added an entry to the Contents list to point to the Q & A section. Also added a note near the top politely reminding visitors that there are other pages that may be of interest! Most people enter at my GTA3 page, and don't visit any other page or click my banner. :-(
- 2002-06-12 Added a new section - Q & A (it's not what it sounds like, so check it out!). Also made a couple of other minor changes.
- 2002-06-05 Emboldened the contents list at the top of the page. Also modified contents list so that the section previously called "Link, trivia & Fun Stuff" is now divided into separate sections for Links, trivia, and Favourite Quotes.
- 2002-06-04 Modified Evil Man survey so that Tony Cipriani is listed as being in GTA3, not GTA series (he was only in GTA3). Also created separate sections for trivia and Fantasy Organisations, and created a new section, Favourite Quotes. Added another fantasy organisation (The Happy Blimp), added three new pieces of trivia (flickering pedestrians, the origins of pizza, and the male students' lecture notes), and added a nice comment about Driver and Driver 2 on PSX. :-)
- 2002-06-01 Been updating...
- 2002-05-25 Updated the whole page as far as possible.
- 2002-05-24 Updates.
- 2002-03-15 Updated my GTA3 page - specifically I've become aware that an edited version of GTA3 is now legally available in Australia. Thanks go to Liam Best for providing that information.
- 2002-02-28 Added a customised pointer to the page - it's a New York police car, but it's supposed to be an LCPD car of course. :-D There are a few appropriate pointers to choose from, so I may change it, or maybe I can even let you choose your own from the selection - I'll look into that.
- 2002-02-23 Added a poll to the page - check it out and vote!
- 2002-02-05 A couple of minor updates.
- 2002-02-03 Some fairly major updates, including updates to my hints section.
- 2002-01-22 Added a "Latest News" section to the page.
- 2002-01-14 More updates to the page (that seems to be the only page I'm doing these days), including tidying up my links section, and splitting the features section into two rows for good vs. bad, instead of two columns.
- 2002-01-09 Added slightly to my GTA3 page, and corrected a couple of broken internal links.
- 2002-01-08 More updates to GTA3...
- 2002-01-05 More additions to my GTA3 page. Also put the page back to a single page instead of splitting it into two - Notepad kept running out of memory when I tried to edit it, but I'm now using EditPad (lite version) to edit my HTML (a couple of minor bugs, but recommended anyway).
- 2002-01-04 More updates to my GTA3 page.
- 2002-01-03 Quite a big update to my GTA3 page - I've put a table of contents at the top so you can navigate more easily, as well as added some links, and countless updates and modifications all over the page.
- 2002-01-02 Modifying my GTA3 page.
- 2002-08-25 ePIPO Tribute page is now better incorporated into the website - it now opens in the same window, uses the same banner as all the main pages, and the banner is also now visible all the time inside of just at the bottom of the page.
- 2002-08-09 Added a link to ePIPO.com on my ePIPO Tribute page.
- 2002-02-05 Updates.
- 2002-02-03 Some fairly major updates, including renaming this page to Free Stuff instead of Make Money.
- 2002-02-01 Cock-up, major cock-up. Well, major-ish because ePIPO have ceased to be! Yes, despite my blatant plugs, they've finally gone out of business. :-( They owe me over 28 USD, which they say they will endeavour to pay me... eventually. So now I have to redesign all my pages with a new banner - or maybe get rid of the banner? I haven't decided. I may also re-work the ePIPO banner to an "RIP ePIPO"-type banner, so look out for that!
- 2002-01-29 Added to the disclaimer.
- 2002-12-27 Removed a link to 9-11peace.org, which had been promoting a peaceful solution to terrorism, but is now defunct.
- 2002-11-14 Added a link to The Hunger Site - please visit and click the link to give free food to starving people, at no cost to you! :-) Also removed some extraneous tags from my HTML.
- 2002-08-03 Converting the tables on this page to the new style (apparently I missed them yesterday :-p). Corrected a minor typo under the description of Agnitum Outpost firewall.
- 2002-07-26 Added a link to An Atheist's Bible Study Guide - recommended reading!
- 2002-07-24 Added a link to a website dedicated to promoting a peaceful solution to the fight against terrorism. Please check it out now.
- 2002-07-20 Removed the link to eBay.co.uk - well it's a commercial site, and I wasn't getting paid for the link! I don't want my links page to become too cluttered. :-p Also modified the link to Swapitshop, so that now I get benefits per click, instead of only when you sign up! ;-)
- 2002-07-18 Removed the link to UltimateZip.com - there are a few free unzipping programs out there, and it really had nothing special over the others. :-p So you can find out which one works for you. Added links to Trend's Housecall (free antivirus scan) and Agnitum Outpost firewall. Removed some text under the description of the link to the BNP.
- 2002-05-24 Added a "Whimsical" section with links to what I would describe as controversial organisations and causes.
- 2002-02-03 Some fairly major updates.
- 2002-01-15 Removed the link to WhoWouldYouKill.com from my Links page. I haven't submitted anything to them for ages, and it was just cluttering up my Links page with junk.
- 2002-01-05 Fixed a bug that cause the navigation bar at the top to be too narrow.
